Join some of Lewisham’s top young singers and industry pros Basia and Valentine as they guide you through weekly vocal masterclasses.
Lewisham Vocal Collective (LVC) are a group of passionate singer/songwriters ranging from the ages of 14-19. The group were previously led by arranger and vocalist Andy Gilbert, who has led vocal groups Vocalize, and more recently, Flames Collective who are known for their collaborations and live performances with BRIT Award winner, RAYE. The group are now being led by some of Lewisham’s top young singers and industry professionals, Basia and Valentine.
Check out LVC’s music video for their debut original track (and certified banger) ‘Breathless’. Breathless took LVC all the way to the live final of Future Makers at Royal Albert Hall in 2023 and the vibes were BIIIIIIGGGGG as the audience of over 2000 young people went wild!

LVC will create opportunities for you to explore and develop high level solos, harmony singing and arranging, giving you a chance to charge up your confidence performing as a soloist and within a collective.
If you’re a 15–21-year-old singer/songwriter with a love for music and a desire to expand your skills then come and work alongside music industry professionals and delve into new contemporary, RnB, pop and soul repertoire.

Meet Basia and Valentine

Basia Bozzao is a dynamic artist and vocalist with a deep passion for music and creativity. With over 15 years as a performer and songwriter in the industry, she channels her artistry to inspire and connect with others. In addition to her own music career, Basia is a dedicated vocal coach, helping young people develop their voices and build confidence. Through her mentoring, she creates opportunities for youth to express themselves, grow as artists, and pursue their dreams in the music industry.
Valentine Olukoga, also known as Vxlentine, has built a successful career in both the music and acting industries. As a professional actor with over 10 years of stage experience, and a talented musician, he is passionate about using his skills to inspire and uplift others. Committed to helping young people, Valentine focuses on creating opportunities for them to build confidence and express themselves through the arts. His work empowers youth to discover their potential and pursue their dreams in music, acting, and beyond.

For the past four years, Basia and Valentine have collaborated to create opportunities for young people by building a business called ‘Inovision’ focused on boosting confidence through music and acting. Together, they have empowered youth by offering creative outlets and mentorship, helping them develop self-expression and personal growth through the arts.
