Your organisation could become a ‘Pledge Partner’ in one of our annual Big Give campaigns. These match funding campaigns offer a unique opportunity to double the difference you make as every £ pledged gets doubled by donations from the public and charity partners, doubling the impact you make!
By sponsoring one of our live events, you’ll be directly supporting the participation of hundreds of young performers, helping us create a truly unforgettable experience for families, schools, and the wider community.
Partner with us to support a community, bursary support, or music industry pathway programme, directly amplifying your impact in the arts and education.
Example
We need to raise £30,000+ each year for our Connect Bursary programme, to support our epic young musicians living in low-income households.
As we expand our community hub at The Fellowship with fully-equipped studios and rehearsal rooms, corporate partners can support live music sessions and youth-led creative spaces.
Please consider enrolment on the Payroll Giving Scheme and encourage your employees to support Lewisham Music.
Payroll Giving Scheme
Match giving, or match funding, is a simple way to maximise your fundraising effort. It is an informal, albeit corporate, arrangement between a company and an employee. Usually, a company pledges to match a sum of money relating to the amount the employee has either raised or donated to a charity, in this case Lewisham Music.
It is likely that there will be an upper limit and criteria applied, such as the recipient organisation being a registered charity. Some companies will pledge time and resources instead of money, enabling their employees to support a cause during their working week, or a tangible service may be offered.
Join others like Merchant Taylors’ Foundation in investing in long‑term community impact. Our five-year partnership with them supports bursaries, creative careers training, and community engagement roles through Creative Futures Lewisham.
We collaborate with corporate partners on events, impact reporting, and co-branded storytelling, celebrating young people’s achievements and raising your organisation’s profile in the heart of Lewisham.
